The Compound Side Effect Checker is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

Purpose of the Application

The Compound Side Effect Checker is an informational tool designed to help users review negative effects associated with medications, supplements, marijuana, microdosing substances, and combinations of items entered into the application.

The application may also provide symptom analysis, overlap information, scenario comparisons, source information, and reports based on the information available to the system.

Not Medical Advice

The application provides informational and educational content only. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace consultation with a physician, pharmacist, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

The application does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or determine whether a user should start, stop, increase, decrease, or otherwise change a medication, supplement, substance, treatment, or healthcare regimen.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional medical advice before making healthcare or treatment decisions.

No Guarantee of Individual Outcomes

Information shown by the application does not guarantee that a particular negative effect, interaction, symptom, or outcome will occur or will not occur.

Overlap counts, levels, categories, colors, match scores, and similar presentation features are informational tools. They are not calculations of an individual's medical risk, probability of experiencing an effect, severity, diagnosis, or expected clinical outcome.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain features of the Compound Side Effect Checker may require a paid subscription. Available subscription plans, prices, and billing intervals will be presented to you before you purchase a subscription.

Payment processing is provided through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing services. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable subscription charges and agree to provide accurate and current billing information to the payment processor.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal, subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law. The applicable subscription fee will be charged through the payment method associated with your subscription.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription or billing-management features made available by the application. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal but does not ordinarily terminate access immediately. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, access to paid subscription features continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except when a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided by Compound Health Technologies.

If a payment fails, is declined, remains unpaid, or cannot be processed, Compound Health Technologies may restrict or suspend access to paid subscription features until the payment issue is resolved.

Compound Health Technologies may change subscription plans, features, or prices from time to time. Any change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated or applied as required by applicable law and the terms presented for that subscription.

Availability and Changes to the Service

Compound Health Technologies may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the application as the product evolves.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party source outages, security needs, or other operational circumstances.

Reports and Application Output

Reports and other output generated by the application are provided for informational use.

Users should review application output carefully and should not treat a generated report as a substitute for medical records, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or individualized professional advice.

Emergency Situations

The application is not an emergency-response service.

Do not rely on the application to evaluate or respond to a medical emergency, serious reaction, overdose, or urgent medical condition. Seek appropriate real-world emergency or professional medical assistance when necessary.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the application or its proprietary materials to users.

Third-Party Sources and Services

The application may rely on third-party health-information sources, hosting providers, email providers, infrastructure services, or other independent services.

Compound Health Technologies does not control the availability, accuracy, policies, or operation of independent third-party services.

This limitation includes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, damages arising from reliance on application information or output, loss of data, loss of use, service interruption, unauthorized access, third-party services, or decisions made based on information presented through the application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Compound Health Technologies for claims arising out of or relating to the application or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Compound Health Technologies for use of the application during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of warranties or liability. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Suspension or Termination

Compound Health Technologies may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or to some or all features of the application when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, security, legal compliance, or the operation of the service, including in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, attempted unauthorized access, fraud, or nonpayment of applicable subscription charges.

Suspension or termination of access does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before the suspension or termination.

If access to a paid subscription is affected, any cancellation, continued access, refund, or other billing consequence will be handled in accordance with the subscription terms above and applicable law.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms—will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Compound Health Technologies may update these Terms of Use from time to time as the application, business model, services, legal requirements, or company practices change.

When these Terms are updated, the revised Terms will identify their updated effective date. When appropriate, users may also be notified of material changes through the application or other reasonable means.

The application records the version of the Terms of Use accepted by a user and the date and time of acceptance. When required or appropriate, users may be asked to review and accept an updated version.

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Compound Side Effect Checker will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Compound Side Effect Checker shall be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Oklahoma, and you and Compound Health Technologies consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Compound Health Technologies and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your unlawful or unauthorized use of the application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

A failure by Compound Health Technologies to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Medical Information Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented in connection with a particular subscription, feature, or service, constitute the agreement between you and Compound Health Technologies concerning your use of the Compound Side Effect Checker and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning that use.
